We have now achieved our Microsoft Certified Partner status and we are hugely proud as this means that all our hard work and dedication to the programmes we have in place has finally paid off.  We will be continuing with our efforts both with Microsoft and other vendors to increase our standing, allowing us to provide an even more rounded solution to the marketplace. 

Our improved links with Microsoft allow us more access to their technical materials and training documents along with a whole host of other things so that we can deliver and help resolve problems quicker and more efficiently but continue to deliver the same outstanding advice and support as ever.

We feel that our training programme for staff has helped, that and the fact we don’t let them idle for too long.  They are constantly studying new technologies and systems and obtaining new qualifications in specialist subject areas.

Windows XP is the operating system that we have come to use.  It has been the cornerstone of most small businesses for years.  So why have Microsoft pulled the plug.  Well, they haven’t.  All Microsoft products have a lifecycle and XP has reached the end of its lifecycle, so this is no surprise and not some elaborate Microsoft plan (which some claim ).
