Background
Following ServiceIT Networking's successful appointment as the structured cabling contractor.
A full renovation of the building both inside and out was to be caried out and our responsibility was to provide both the backbone and all the horizontal cabling to the required design and specification allowing for diverse routes for both copper and fibre to multiple communications rooms.
The Solution
​
Completing the installation while such vast renovations were taking place at the same time meant that one of the key challenges was was going to be protecting and maintaining the integrity of the newly installed structured wiring. Although such a tight timeframe we broke the project down into 3 phases and with an excellent main contractor and project team we were able to carry out the works within the timescales set and offer full manufacturers certification.
