Background
Following ServiceIT Networking's successful appointment as the Structured cabling contractor.
A phased project with floors being done in stages so staff could be moved between floors while the works were undertaken. Our responsibility was to provide both the backbone and all the horizontal cabling to the required design and specification allowing for connectivity between the existing MER and the newly created ones.

Further phased works to validate an existing floor and then relocate and add more horizontal and backbone cabling to suit the new furniture layout and communication requirements were undertaken.
The Solution
​
Completing the installation was carried out floor by floor from top to bottom. With an excellent design, main contractor and project team this was a lovely project to work on and we were able to carry out the works within the timescales set and offer full manufacturers certification.
